My Party Decorations

Party decorations really set the tone for a party. It usually puts guests at ease to have colorful and creative items decorating the place where a party will be held. I have lots of different party decorations and I try to use all of them multiple times.

I have party decorations for a Luau party. I have a variety of metallic tropical birds and palm trees. They all have hooks on them so that I can put them up on the fence around my yard. It makes it look very festive for a Luau party.

When my twins started first grade, we had a party for all of their friends from church, preschool and kindergarten. I had party decorations for this back to school theme. After the party, I knew that I was never going to need any of that stuff again, so I donated it all to the local elementary school for use in the pre-kindergarten classrooms.

My son has always played little league. He was on a team when he was ten that did really well. Their record was thirteen wins and two losses. I had a baseball party for them at the end of the season. The party decorations that I bought I found online. I bought cutouts of baseball players and different kinds of baseball equipment and hung them all on our fence.

Halloween party decorations seem to be accumulating in my garage. I think that we've hosted about five Halloween parties since we started being parents. I have all kinds of spooky things, like cardboard coffins and a mummy. I have a lot of fun with party decorations for Halloween. I like to shop for items after the holiday and save the stuff for the next year.

I have all kinds of party decorations for a birthday party. I have banners, streamers, confetti, a jointed circus clown and I even have yard signs that say "The Party Is Here" that are decorated with images of balloons.

I found a lot of party decorations for the casino night fundraiser that we held at my daughters' school last fall. They all had a card theme because I found them at a store that specialized in bridge supplies. It was a lucky find for me.
